Put On The Fucking Sunglasses

We are in a civil war. This war is between right and wrong, good and evil. This war is not fought with bullets and bombs, nor swords and shields. This war is fought with information and ideas. The enemy wages many battles for the minds of the populace, we defend and attack with independent ideas, freedom of speech and the force of right on our side. This war is hidden, for awake and willing opposition is a much easier foe.

Billboards, television, magazines, radio and nearly every product you buy has been engineered to deliver a message, often subliminally. Our supposed representatives are engineered in much the same way. They are built up around an image that is formulated to appeal to a certain market. They mindlessly repeat rhetoric given to them by their masters and staff. The debate that rages between the left and right is manufactured and controlled, rarely crossing the boundary to critical thought and our media is a most willing peddler of this disinformation.

In what ways are they controlling the national conversation, and who's guilty? How does one break free from the government's attempt to control our ideas and criticisms? How can you wake up, fight the war and tell the guilty parties to go fuck themselves?

Let's begin with some examples of the elite and just a few pieces of evidence that even though the war is being hidden, it is nevertheless being waged.

Welcome to our Regulatory Czar, Cass Sunstein

He looks nice enough, right? Our enemies are not camo wearing, calloused mud dwellers. They are sniveling showmen with suits, ties and deceptive smiles. Sunstein, with a fragile, pale looking exterior masks a battle hardened info-warrior that has dedicated himself to the fight.

Sunstein was appointed by President Obama to head up the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, an agency within the Executive Office of the President. He is also Obama's head of Information Technology.

Here's Cass Sunstein slyly talking about how he'd like to create laws requiring government control of information and regulating information shown on websites.

Sunstein Clip

Notice how he politicizes his words by gingerly tip toeing around the plan to control our access to information and regulating the internet. "Just to make it easy for people to get access to competing views" says Cass.
"The best would be for this to be done voluntarily, but, uh, the world voluntary is a little complicated, and sometimes people don't do what's best for our society. Unless Congress holds hearings, or unless the public demands it, and the idea would be to have a legal mandate as the last resort."
...Unless the public demands it? Why would the public demand that the government control access to information? Why would we impose government tyranny over the internet on ourselves?

Fear.

As has been discussed in previous blogs, fear is a main force in the government's arsenal used to impose policies that are not in our best interest. They use their own manufactured event to scare us, and then offer us safety in exchange for our rights. Problem - Reaction - Solution.

Sunstein came right out in the open in saying that taking over the internet and censoring information is a goal of his, but more subtly he implied it would take a "catalyzing event" to spur the public to demand this fascist action.

Cass implies he just wants our society to do what's best for ourselves, which is have an open mind. But at the beginning he states

"If you're reading a conservative magazine, they would [be required to] provide a link to a liberal site"
Cass's goal is not for our society to have an open mind, but to curtail our access to information that defames the government. Accessing the controlled debate in the context of the Left - Right paradigm is just fine, but we'll get to that later.

Right now let's take a look further at Cass Sunstein's history of his war against independent thought.

On page 14 of Sunstein's January 2008 white paper entitled "Conspiracy Theories, the man who is now Obama’s head of information technology in the White House proposed that each of the following measures “will have a place under imaginable conditions” according to the strategy detailed in the essay.
1) Government might ban conspiracy theorizing.
2) Government might impose some kind of tax, financial or otherwise, on those who disseminate such theories.
And what does Sunstein define as “conspiracy theories” that should potentially be taxed or outlawed by the government? Opinions held by the majority of Americans, no less. The notion that Lee Harvey Oswald did not act alone in killing JFK, a view shared by the vast majority of Americans in every major poll over the last ten years, is an example of a “conspiracy theory” that the federal government should consider censoring, according to Sunstein.
Despite highlighting the fact that repressive societies go hand in hand with an increase in “conspiracy theories,” Sunstein’s ‘solution’ to stamp out such thought crimes is to ban free speech, fulfilling the precise characteristic of the “repressive society” he warns against elsewhere in the paper.“We could imagine circumstances in which a conspiracy theory became so pervasive, and so dangerous, that censorship would be thinkable,” he writes on page 20.

Furthermore, Cass has stated that he intends to "cognitively infiltrate" websites and forums to push government propaganda and that:

"Our focus throughout is on false conspiracy theories, not true ones. Our ultimate goal is to explore how public officials might undermine such theories..."
We are winning this war, believe it or not, and it's not due to our dedicated spirit. We're winning because information technology has allowed us access to each other all over the globe instantly.

Sunstein had this to say:

"Consider, as the clearest example, the finding that those who disapprove of the United States, and are suspicious of it's intentions, will increase their disapproval if they exchange points of view."

This is key to either their victory, or our doom. We must continue to exchange points of view freely to continue winning this war.
Here's Secretary of State Hillary Clinton

This is pretty self explanatory. She's coming right out in the open and declaring their aim to be a global monopoly on propaganda.
Elite political adviser and info-warrior Zbigniew Brzezinski giving the CFR branch in Montreal a presentation discussing world government and his fears of the mass global awakening that has taken place.

There is an effort by the mainstream media to control the national conversation regarding political options and ideas. You will hear the word "liberal" and "conservative" too many times to count. These do not reflect a genuine set of ideals as a byproduct of independent thought, but only serve to identify a political party, democrat and republican, respectively.

The elite use these two parties and the Left - Right paradigm to not only control our ideas but to control the politics of the entire nation. The president himself is simply a puppet being used by corporate interests, the military industrial complex, the prison industrial complex, and so on. He is to be used to force things on the public against our will, and after the people come to the realization they've been defrauded, the president is then discarded like used toilet paper. There is no better example of this than our last president George W. Bush, and our current president Barack H. Obama (or Barry Soetoro).

We all know how the power of the executive branch was vastly expanded during Bush's reign, the crackdown on our civil liberties (Patriot Act, etc), the illegal wars, and so on. The people, though mostly ignorant, were still cognizant to the evil within the president's ranks and aware of his tyrannical policies. Frankly, they were fed up with his bullshit and wanted him out, and that's where the deception lies. Bush himself had nothing to do with the tyranny.
And so, Barack Obama arrives on the scene everything Bush was not. Articulate on the teleprompter, liberal, anti-war, progressive, black, seemingly intelligent and possessing visions to turn around the country and reverse Bush's streak of idiocy. He represented legitimate hope to naive and desperate among us.
Yet, here we are, 4 years later in the same exact position. Fed up with Obama's lies, illegal wars, continuation of the stripping of our rights, so on and so forth. The policies never actually changed, only the rhetoric and the skin color of the president. Therein lies the beauty of the left-right paradigm to the elite. Never change the fascist nature of the state, but still maintain the complacency of the public for four years at a time.
Now that the people are sick of Obama's bullshit, we're ready for yet another so-called conservative republican to take over and provide the dolts another false hope.

Break free from the deception, expand your mind, and for god's sake, put on the fucking sunglasses.

We are living in an artificially induced state of consciousness that resembles sleep. The poor and the underclass are growing. Racial justice and human rights are nonexistent. They have created a repressive society and we are their unwitting accomplices ...their intention to rule rests with the annihilation of consciousness. We have been lulled into a trance. They have made us indifferent, to ourselves, to others, we are focused only on our own gain. They are safe as long as they are not discovered ...that is their primary method of survival. Keep us asleep, keep us selfish, keep us sedated... [...]
-Rebel transmission in John Carpenter's "They Live"

The movie They Live is an action classic that gives us deep insight into the real world and the hidden world that we live in today. As the main character dons a pair of glasses created by rebels, he's able to reveal the society without deception and rhetoric, propaganda and deceit. A victim of a failed economic situation, joblessness and now having woken up to reality, he chooses to fight evil and take down the source of the deception.

You too can put on the sunglasses. Break free from that which binds you. Your inhibitions and reservations about stepping out of the controlled system may put you at odds with those around you and dominant culture. The same dominant culture that has led us toward a system of fascist dictatorship. "Freedom's just another word for nothing left to lose" and we are rapidly approaching that point. Once you realize you truly have nothing to lose by fighting the elite and the controlled culture, you are free, and they are doomed.

Ruling By Centuries Old Methods

Göring: Why, of course, the people don't want war. Why would some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best that he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece. Naturally, the common people don't want war; neither in Russia nor in England nor in America, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy or a fascist dictatorship or a Parliament or a Communist dictatorship.

Gilbert: There is one difference. In a democracy, the people have some say in the matter through their elected representatives, and in the United States only Congress can declare wars.

Göring: Oh, that is all well and good, but, voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.

-Gustave Gilbert, German speaking intelligence officer and psychologist, interviewed and recorded the observations of Hermann Goering, Nazi Reichmarshal and Luftwafe Chief during Nurenburg Trials, 1946

What Herman Goering described was the effectiveness of using Problem-Reaction-Solution to carry out an agenda contrary to the goals of the public. The Nazi's burned the Reichstag building and later blamed it on a mentally disabled man they labeled as a communist using this method.

Göring and Goebbels, with Hitler's approval, hatched a plan to cause panic by burning the Reichstag building and blaming the Communists. The Reichstag was the building in Berlin where the elected members of the republic met to conduct the daily business of government.
By a weird coincidence, there was also in Berlin a deranged Communist conducting a one-man uprising. An arsonist named Marinus van der Lubbe, 24, from Holland, had been wandering around Berlin for a week attempting to burn government buildings to protest capitalism and start a revolt. On February 27, he decided to burn the Reichstag building.
Carrying incendiary devices, he spent all day lurking around the building, before breaking in around 9 p.m. He took off his shirt, lit it on fire, then went to work using it as his torch.
The exact sequence of events will never be known, but Nazi storm troopers under the direction of Göring were also involved in torching the place. They had befriended the arsonist and may have known or even encouraged him to burn the Reichstag that night. The storm troopers, led by SA leader Karl Ernst, used the underground tunnel that connected Göring's residence with the cellar in the Reichstag. They entered the building, scattered gasoline and incendiaries, then hurried back through the tunnel.

However the Nazis were not the first to take advantage of the people using Problem - Reaction - Solution.

The emperor Nero ruled Rome from 54 to 68 AD. On the night of July 19, 64 A.D., a fire broke out among the shops lining the Circus Maximus, Rome's mammoth chariot stadium. When the smoke cleared, 10 of Rome's 14 districts were in ruin. The 800-year-old Temple of Jupiter Stator and the Atrium Vestae, the hearth of the Vestal Virgins, were gone. Two thirds of Rome had been destroyed.
History has blamed Nero for the disaster, implying that he started the fire so that he could bypass the senate and rebuild Rome to his liking. Much of what is known about the great fire of Rome comes from the aristocrat and historian Tacitus, who claimed that Nero watched Rome burn while merrily playing his fiddle. Gangs of thugs prevented citizens from fighting the fire with threats of torture, Tacitus wrote. There is some support for the theory that Nero leveled the city on purpose: the Domus Aurea, Nero's majestic series of villas and pavilions set upon a landscaped park and a man-made lake, was built in the wake of the fire.
Neither human effort nor princely largesse nor divine appeasement was able to dispel the scandal that the fire (which burned much of Rome in 64 CE) was believed to have been commanded (by the emperor Nero). So, to do away with the rumor, Nero substituted as culprits those who were commonly called "Christians," who were hated because of their absurdities. And he inflicted them with the most extraordinary punishments.

Thousands of years later the same principle is being used to carry out agendas on behalf of the elite.

The neoconservative movement was founded by Leo Strauss, a professor at the University of Chicago. His and the movement’s principles are striking and clear. They see the goal of foreign policy to be dominance on a global scale using military might. The public is perceived as mindless barbarians who are savage in nature. The only way to rectify this nature of humans is to have the few noble elite at the top control and command the masses by deception. Those at the top he dubbed “the wise” and those at the bottom “the vulgar”. Anyone who does not buy into the idea of war is to be attacked for “lack of patriotism and exposing the world to danger.”

Even more striking is not the fact that such an evil philosophy exists, but that many of our leaders during the Bush administration subscribed to it. The Project for a New American Century is a Washington D.C. based neoconservative think-tank which houses many important officials - some who studied and earned PhDs directly under Leo Strauss. To name only a few - Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz (Deputy Secretary of State), Lewis Libby (Chief of Staff for VP Cheney), Richard Perle, and more. An enormous amount of power and influence was held by this group of wise, elite men.

Only a year before the attacks on 9/11, PNAC produced a report entitled “Rebuilding America’s Defenses”, which would lay the foundation for United States foreign policy under Bush. The goals stated in this report were to increase US global dominance using military forces and dramatically increase the defense budget.

The goals of the US military were to “defend the American homeland; fight and decisively win multiple, simultaneous major theater wars; perform the “constabulary” duties associated with shaping the security environment in critical regions; transform U.S. forces to exploit the “revolution in military affairs”.

Section V of the report entitled “Creating Tomorrow’s Dominant Force” begins “to preserve American military preeminence in the coming decades, the Department of Defense must move more aggressively to experiment with new technologies and operational concepts, and seek to exploit the emerging revolution in military affairs.”
The authors stated the goal to be a “transformation” of attitude and US foreign policy which would increase the defense budget and allow the US military the capability to enforce it’s agenda worldwide.

However, winning over the public and enacting this transformation wouldn’t be that easy. Admitting the difficulty, the report states “…The process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor.”

Sadly, a year later such an event did occur when multiple attacks were carried out on US soil which ultimately provided the public's motivation for the global “war on terror" conveniently fulfilling the goals of the neo-conservatives and PNAC.

Between Each of these events numerous other instances have been carried out or allowed to happen using the Problem-Reaction-Solution paradigm including but not limited to: The Spanish American War, WW1, WW2 and Vietnam.

Thousands of years old and boldly brazen, the Problem - Reaction - Solution method for carrying out war and violence is still being used yet hidden from view of the public. Both Herman Goering and Leo Strauss would agree that deceiving the masses to bring them to the bidding of their leaders has, and will continue to be, profoundly successful.

I urge you to take a closer look at the history of The United States' armed conflict and the deception used to persuade the masses of it's necessity. Informing yourself of this past will increase your understanding of the present.

New American Century is a 10 part documentary outlining PNAC and just such a history.

Thought Regarding Global Warming (aka Climate Change aka Global Climate Disruption)

The driving force behind the case for anthropogenic global warming is fear. Melting ice caps, drowning polar bears, droughts, floods, hurricanes, starvation and disease. You name it, global warming will induce it. The intense campaign promoting the prediction is wrought with unfounded fear mongering.

The prediction based off their climate models is that in 50 or 100 years we're doomed. However, it was established long ago that accurately predicting weather even 4 or 5 days in advance is about our limit. The factors involved in the system that creates climate are FAR too numerous for us to realize.

This is evident in the work of Henri Poincaré's 3-body Problem and Meteorologist Edward Lorenz.

Jules Henri Poincaré (29 April 1854 – 17 July 1912) was a French mathematician, theoretical physicist, and a philosopher of science. He is often described as a polymath, and in mathematics as The Last Universalist, since he excelled in all fields of the discipline as it existed during his lifetime.

Henri Poincaré attempted to answer the question of whether the solar system was stable forever, or if some planets would just simply drift off. This required an attempt to solve the celestial 3-body problem.

The 3 Body problem: Given 3 bodies (e.g. Sun, moon, Earth) and their initial positions and velocities, the problem is to determine the motion of the 3 bodies attracting one another according to Newtons law of gravity. Whilst the it sounds quite straightforward, the problem is surprisingly difficult to solve.

Issac Newton had solved the 2-Body problem and a solution was sought for the 3-Body problem and more generally the N-Body problem).

Given the deterministic way of thought, people believed that they could predict into the future provided they have sufficient information. Thus, given sufficient information they could easily solve the 3-Body problem.

In 1887 the King of Sweden and Norway, Oscar II, initiated a mathematical competition to celebrate his 60th Birthday in 1889. Henri Poincaré selected the 3-Body problem (actually, he considered a 9-Body problem: the then known about 8 planets plus the Sun. However, he realised that the minor components of the solar system would produce perturbations on the planets and thus the problem was closer to a 50-Body problem. He immediately saw the difficulty with this and restricted himself to the 3-Body problem.)

What Poincaré found was that when you add just one body to the problem, it becomes dramatically more complex, and extensively harder to predict an outcome given the multitude of unknown factors associated with this extra body. The slightest perturbation in just one of the bodies dramatically affects the whole in unpredictable ways. This is why he changed his work from that of the solar system (nine planets) to just three.

Edward Norton Lorenz (May 23, 1917 - April 16, 2008) was an American mathematician and meteorologist, and a pioneer of chaos theory.

Lorenz was using a simple digital computer, a Royal McBee LGP-30, to run his weather simulation. He wanted to see a sequence of data again and to save time he started the simulation in the middle of its course. He was able to do this by entering a printout of the data corresponding to conditions in the middle of his simulation which he had calculated last time.

To his surprise the weather that the machine began to predict was completely different from the weather calculated before. Lorenz tracked this down to the computer printout. The computer worked with 6-digit precision, but the printout rounded variables off to a 3-digit number, so a value like 0.506127 was printed as 0.506. This difference is tiny and the consensus at the time would have been that it should have had practically no effect. However Lorenz had discovered that small changes in initial conditions produced large changes in the long-term outcome. Lorenz's discovery, which gave its name to Lorenz attractors, proved that meteorology could not reasonably predict weather beyond a weekly period (at most).

Both the three-body problem and the problem Lorenz faced indicate that there is an incredible amount of unpredictability in complex systems. Simply, a light perturbation in a system that affects climate (such as solar radiation, earth's orbit, human influence) will dramatically affect the climatic outcome. This is called sensitive dependence on initial conditions.

To discover every perturbation in each element that makes up the system of climate is impossible.
To know how each of these perturbations affects each other and eventually determines an outcome is inconceivable.

Beyond the scientific quandary of predicting such outcomes lies various political motivations.

As we have seen in the past, the government capitalizes on disasters in order to carry out policy that otherwise would not have been possible.
Before World War 2 America as a whole held isolationist beliefs, they were hesitant to join Europe in fighting the Axis. However, Pearl Harbor changed that.
More recently, the events on 9/11/2001 changed foreign as well as domestic policy in huge ways. We have now been at war for 9 years and our civil liberties have constantly been under pressure.

The government can not only use these events to their advantage after the fact, but create and/or control them as well.

This is called Problem - Reaction - Solution

Create a problem

Solicit a reaction

Offer a solution

I believe they are creating, or at the very least exaggerating a threat of global disaster. They are soliciting a reaction by inundating us with disastrous predictions and social pressure by telling us "the debate is over" and to get in line. The solutions they are offering us though I do not yet know. Many are concerned with a carbon tax and further police state action. If history is any judge, it will involve more restriction on the individual by the state, certainly not the other way around.

Climategate

Stolen emails from the leading source pushing the climate change theory and predictions showed lies and cover up involving the motivation and data backing their climate forecasts.

Rational Physicist, MIT professor and IPCC author Richard Lindzen extrapolates on the issue as a whole

There are enough red flags surrounding this issue that warrant a re-examination of global warming and the motivations behind it's propagation. As Lindzen points out, you shouldn't take it on faith that you're being told the truth. Look beyond media blurbs and sound bites and examine for yourself.

CIA Handler Anwar Al-Awlaki

Reposting this Infowars article for posterity.

Evidence shows that Awlaki had numerous connections to terrorists and was recently invited to the pentagon. The allegation is that Anwar handles Islamic patsies on behalf of the CIA in order to carry out false flag terror.

HERE'S THE ARTICLE:

9/11 Mastermind Invited to Pentagon

In the article, the link is made between Awlaki and the Underwear Bomber. Author Paul Watson points to a possible false-flag incident.

Monetary incentive, as well as sufficient capability to carry out an attack was there for former Director of Homeland Securty, Michael Chertoff.

Soon after the Underwear Bomber incident Chertoff began pushing hard for the so called Naked Body Scanners.
Chertoff admittedly benefits directly from the Sale of these scanners which are said to potentially cause cancer.

Any incident of supposed false flag terror cannot be looked at in isolation. The history of such attacks must first also be addressed. The likelihood of our government purposely killing civilians and carrying out terror seems very unlikely without the knowledge that such events have actually been carried out numerous times and documented.

For a brief history of government sponsored terror, watch the documentary Terror Storm

Once one begins to realize the history, capability and willingness our government has to carry out false flag attacks, one gains a new understanding of the events taking place today.

Microwave Weapons

I was just reading a few interesting things regarding microwave guns and microwave auditory effects.

Turns out in the mid 70's they were able to send intelligible one-syllable voices into people's heads.

Here's a government patent from 1974 for a device to "alter brain waves"

http://www.google.com/patents/about?id=ZpszAAAAEBAJ

A 1980 NASA research study using this research states that:

"A decoy and deception concept presently being considered is to remotely create the perception of noise in the heads of personnel by exposing them to low power, pulsed microwaves. When people are illuminated with properly modulated low power microwaves the sensation is reported as a buzzing, clicking, or hissing which seems to originate (regardless of the person's position in the field) within or just behind the head. The phenomena occurs at average power densities as low as microwatts per square centimeter with carrier frequencies from 0.4 to 3.0 GHz. By proper choice of pulse characteristics, intelligible speech may be created. Before this technique may be extended and used for military applications, an understanding of the basic principles must be developed. Such an understanding is not only required to optimize the use of the concept for camouflage, decoy and deception operations but is required to properly assess safety factors of such microwave exposure."

http://www.raven1.net/v2s-nasa.html

In 2002 the government came out with a patent for
"A modulation process with a fully suppressed carrier and input preprocessor filtering to produce an encoded output; for amplitude modulation (AM) and audio speech preprocessor filtering, intelligible subjective sound is produced when the encoded signal is demodulated using the RF Hearing Effect"

"Accordingly, it is an object of the invention to provide a novel technique for the intelligible encoding of signals. A related object is to provide for the intelligible encoding of speech.

Another object of the invention is to make use of the Radio Frequency ("RF") Hearing Effect in the intelligible demodulation of encoded signals, including speech."

http://www.google.com/patents?id=yKULAAAAEBAJ&printsec=abstract&zoom=4&source=gbs_overview_r&cad=0#v=onepage&q&f=false

From the DOD's Bioeffects of Nonlethal Weapons classified document released under the FOIA released in 2006.

"Possible Influence on Subject(s)
Application of the microwave hearing technology could facilitate a private message transmission. It may be useful to provide a disruptive condition to a person not aware of the technology. Not only might it be disruptive to the sense of hearing, it could be psychologically devastating if one suddenly heard "voices within one's head"

In 1998, it came out that under a Navy contract, a company came out with a device called MEDUSA (Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio). Using this technology it was designed for military or crowd control purposes and can be coupled with a vehicle. It can be aimed toward an individual or multiple people at the same time.

Somewhat related...

In the December 1980 edition of the U. S. Army Journal, called the Military Review, a column by Lt. Col John B. Alexander, entitled, 'The New Mental Battlefield: Beam Me Up, Spock,' provides further insight into the technical capabilities at the disposal of the comptroller. He writes:

"Several examples will demonstrate areas in which progress have been made. The transference of energy from one organism to another; the ability to heal or cause disease to be transmitted over a distance, thus inducing illness or death from no apparent cause; telepathic behavior modification which includes the ability to induce hypnotic states up to a distance of 1,000 kilometers have been reported.

Researchers suggest that certain extremely-low-frequency (ELF) emissions possess psychoactive characteristics.15 These transmissions can be used to induce depression or irritability in a target population. The application of large-scale ELF behavior modification could have horrendous impact.
The use of telepathic hypnosis also holds great potential. This capability could allow agents to be deeply planted with no conscious knowledge of their programming. In movie terms, the Manchurian Candidate lives, and does not even require a telephone call. 'Other mind-to-mind induction techniques are being considered. If perfected this capability could allow the direct transference of thought via telepathy from one mind or group of minds to a select target audience. The unique factor is that the recipient will not be aware that thought has been implanted from an external source. He or she will believe the thoughts are original."

"The information presented here will be considered by some to be ridiculous since it does not conform to their view of reality, but some people still believe the world is flat. Other readers may view this as a conservative approach because such controversial areas as hyperspatial transmitters or Tesla wave generators have not been addressed."

So, according to this Lt. Colonel, they've been able to adjust and control the mental state of individuals and even use the technology to kill them since 1980.

Here is there Lt. colonel's paper

Much of this was taken from Serge Monast's article on Project Bluebeam from 1994 which can be found HERE

I have yet to look into Monast's article and Project Bluebeam as a whole, but it certaily holds my interest.
